PADDLING PROGRAM – Assistant Head Coach

Position Summary:

The Assistant Head Coach in coordination with the Head Coach is responsible for the safe implementation of

Maskwa’s Paddling Programs. Specifically, the Assistant Head Coach is responsible for the management and

execution of the Academy program (Groups 1 and 2) and possibly other programs. Working closely with the

Head Coach, Paddling Chair and Commodore, the Assistant Head Coach will assist in the growth and

development of the Maskwa Aquatic Club athletes and programs.
