For anyone who would like to compete in an International Canoe Federation (ICF) event and represent Team Canada. As the National Federation for ICF, Canoe Kayak Canada (CKC) has an ICF Event Participation Policy for all athletes and support staff. Please refer to the policy here for the full requirements.
As part of this policy, registration with CKC is mandatory. The cost is $100, which includes a racing shirt. Please see the login details below and more info in the 2026 CKC Events Registration document. Other items to complete include:
- Being a registered Athlete in good standing with a CKC Member Organization
- Completing the Sport Integrity Canada’s Canadian Safe Sport Program Module (CSSP Invitation)

For the 2026 ICF Masters World Championships, CKC has put together a clothing list for optional purchase (please see CKC Clothing & Craft size guide). CKC is requiring all Team Canada athletes wear the CKC Craft racing shirt on the water. CKC requires also that a CKC Craft item be worn on the podium, but this can be any item (even the racing shirt) and does not necessarily need to be the podium suit. There are optional items that can be purchased (note that the racing shirt is also included in this list, this is in case you wish to purchase an additional racing shirt, you receive one (1) with your CKC registration) which are shown here and as well in the RAMP system if you wish to purchase.
Any items purchased, including the racing shirts, will be distributed before or at the event in Halifax.
Please note that the deadline to register and order any items is April 15, 2026.
