Accommodation Information:
CKC has secured preferential rates on a block of rooms at the nearby Hotel Moco for $199.00 a night for standard rooms. Rooms in the CKC block will be held until April 4th at midnight at this rate.

CKC Safe Sport Policy and Events
Any participant taking part in a CKC competition (examples include athletes, coaches, officials) will need to have signed the Abuse-Free Sport Consent form and will be considered an Abuse-Free Sport Participant for the duration of the event. Please see the following links for who an Abuse-Free Sport Participant is here. Athletes and coaches will be directed to sign the form through registration in the Ramp system.
Please be reminded that any club coach, volunteer or official attending the National Team Trials fall under our CKC policies and therefore must be screened and trained according to your position (Screening matrix can be found here and the summary of the steps needed to complete for each level once you have determined which level your role will apply to is written below) . A reminder that for any athletes, 15 years of age and older, hoping to be selected to a CKC team for one of the international competitions, it will be a requirement to have completed the CAC Safe Sport training, athlete stream.
