Fred Lynch Memorial Canoe Race

The Fred Lynch will take place October 13, 2018.

“A 16km deep-water course with two 500-metre portages. Beginning at Lion’s Beach, participants will paddle to the top of Lake Mic Mac. There they will portage 500 metres in Shubie Park until they reach the “Deep Cut” of the historic Shubenacadie Canal. Participants will then paddle to the top of Lake Charles, turn a buoy, and retrace their path to the starting point on Lake Banook.”
