Natalie is from Manotick, Ontario and she grew up training at the Rideau Canoe Club. Her first ever race was a C1 200m race at the Carleton Place Canoe Club when she was just 7 years old. She finished last and even managed to tip right before the finish line! Despite this, Natalie fell in love with the sport and worked hard to achieve her dreams, and she did! Her first year on the national team was in 2017.
She came 11th in the 2017 Senior World Championships in the K4 500m event, her first World Championships!
Natalie’s goal is to race in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games!
