He has kayaked for almost 3 years and has competed in 2014 , 2015 and 2016 Canadian Nationals. He has also competed in Alberta Summer Games in 2014. He got into kayaking because his uncle Amos Patrick and his aunty Hannah Patrick have paddled since they were his age, and now compete internationally. He would like to be on the national Men’s team after competing in the U21 division.
